Recruitment Process

Role Overview
We set a high bar for Senior Accountants (Levels 1–3). This is a client-facing leadership role requiring technical mastery, clear communication, and team guidance. You’ll manage multiple client accounts, review deliverables, and enhance efficiency through automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management

Build and maintain U.S. client relationships with clarity and confidence.

Supervise and coach junior accountants to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Review work, identify gaps, and implement process or automation improvements.

Promote a culture of learning and accountability.
Accounting & Reporting

Manage full cycles (O2C, P2P, R2R) for assigned clients.

Perform reconciliations, fixed asset and inventory accounting, and month-end close.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, variance analyses, and audit support.

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and local tax requirements.
People & Process Development

Assist in recruiting and onboarding new accountants.

Train team members on systems, standards, and client expectations.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s in Accounting | CPA required
-
5 – 7+ years experience in accounting or shared services leadership

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP / IFRS

Excellent English communication for client interaction

Proven leadership and time management skills

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking

Cost accounting or financial analysis experience a plus

CMA and/or experience with AI tools an advantage

Amenable to night shift (U.S. time)

Compensation Range
💰 $1,700 – $2,000 per month (All-In)
Final rate depends on experience and Senior Accountant level (SA1 – SA3).
